“对！是二十七号,”史蒂文斯接着说，“我们将沃德老爷推到电梯间门口，在那儿被武装警卫拦了下来，我和玛丽亚小姐被告知，不得入内，沃德老爷的推车就被他们内部的护理人员推走了；大约过了五个小时，平推车又重新从电梯里出来了，车上躺着的就是现在这位托马斯·沃德先生了。”

Chapter 4 Don't Calm Day （B）

洛克警官思考了一会儿，转向小托马斯问道：“你能说说你和玛丽亚小姐分手以后的经历吗？”

“沃德先生，这很重要，如果你不说，我们便无法结束今天的调查。”

“其实很平常，他们把我送到一间手术室，给我打了镇静剂，又在我的脸上、脚上扎了些针……”

Officer Locke thought for a moment, turned to Small Thomas asked: ‘Can you tell me about experience of you and Miss Maria after breaking up?’

‘So simple?’

‘Yes.’

‘Who is he?’

‘Oh, really hate,‘ Small Thomas said and was very impatient, after he came back, it still had been in this kind of unpleasant atmosphere,didn't have a rest. He sat on the big sofa, and appeared very **all. His legs are too short, can not reach the ground, then he tired of playing the two dangling feet to complain.

“发生了什么？”

‘You must answer this question.’ The police officer Locke said indubitability.

小托马斯接着说：“那个大夫问我：‘你叫什么名字？’我说：‘我叫托马斯·沃德。’他又问：‘你多大年纪了？’我说：‘我八十五岁了。’他说：‘不，不，不，你应该说你六岁了’后来他笑着伸出三个手指头说：‘OK’。”

Then the Small Thomas said to go on after he back to his seat: ‘The doctor said to me, don't worry, it will grow up with you.’

The other people in the room, you looked at me and I looked at you, at that time no one understood the meaning of this rear sentence of Small Thomas.
